7-Zip is a powerful open-source program capable of managing most of the compressed files such as zip, rar, 7-zip indeed, available in both 32bit and 64bit (depending on the type of processor installed) if you are sure, download the 32bit version.
You can also try the new beta versions, but the functioning is not perfect yet.
